Asylum Law in the World
To immigration law is the right of asylum and refugee law. It applies to people who do not have German nationality and are not EU citizens. The right of asylum law standards are set for people who have fled from ethnic, religious or political persecution, Germany. But even people who have taken a flight, fall for torture, death penalty war or economic hardship under the asylum law.
For whom does the asylum question?
